Personalization: All personalization is included in the pricing. Gift are engraved EXACTLY as written on the order. If you write your order in CAPS we engrave in all CAPS, etc. Products are done in font pictured. Changes to an order cannot be made to order once submitted, so be sure to verify all information closely before submitting. If an order has not gone into production we can made a change for a fee of $25.00.

Shipping: We try to ship all engravable gifts in 2 to 3 business days.
