All personalization is included in the pricing. Gifts are engraved EXACTLY as written on the order. If you write order in all CAPS we engrave in all CAPS, etc. Products are done in font pictured. Changes to an order cannot be made to an order once submitted. so be sure to verify all information closely before submitting. If an order has not gone into production we can make a change for a fee of $25.00.
